The Declaration of Truths completely ignored the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith(CDF) and the Diocese of Manchester, USA telling Brother Andre Marie MICM that the Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848 are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.The CDF made a mistake. But this is also the irrationality of Cardinal Raymond Burke, Bishop Athanasius Schneider and the other signatories .

But this is also the irrationality of Cardinal Raymond Burke, Bishop Athanasius Schneider and the signatories of the Declaration.
They do not realize that being saved in invincible ignorance is always hypothetical for us.It can only be known to God. There can never be a known exception of invincible ignorance to 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

This was the mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. Pope Pius XII and Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre overlooked it. Cardinal Burke and the signatories have also overlooked the error. The doctrinal confusion in the Catholic Church arises since Catholics accept the leftist propaganda against Fr. Leonard Feeney. They are afraid of being called Feeneyites.
But before Pope Pius XII all the popes were Feeneyites. They accepted the BOD, BOB and I.I and did not state that they referred to personally known and objective people saved outside the Church. The false interpretation came after the pontificate of Pope Pius XII.
The saints were Feeneyites. The exclusive concept of salvation in the Catholic Church did not originate with Fr. Leonard Feeney.
After Pope Pius XII the popes supported Cushingism. Mystici Corporis could be interpreted with Feeneyism but Pope Pius XII did not in public support Fr. Leonard Feeney.

Pope Paul VI allowed BOD,BOB and I.I to be projected as exceptions to EENS.He made the same mistake with LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2 etc all hypothetical cases which were assumed not be non-hypothetical, objective exceptions to traditional EENS.
This is a major doctrinal mistake in the Catholic Church which was not corrected by Pope John Paul II and now it has been overlooked by the Declaration of Truths.
It is a mortal sin of faith to reject the dogma EENS, defined by three Church Councils in the Extraordinary Magisterium, and which the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 calls an 'infallible teaching'.
The CDF and the Diocese of Manchester have openly and officially rejected the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation. It is there on the website of the Diocese of Manchester and is approved by the CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia in their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie.
Pope  Francis, like Pope Benedict, is saying unknown and invisible cases of non Catholics are known and invisible exceptions to the 16th century interpretation of EENS.In 2016 Pope Benedict confirmed in public that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries ( and Magisterium) of the 16th century.Last year Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj confirmed that for the Church today, the Catholic Church no more had a superiority and exclusiveness in salvation and Lumen Gentium 8 was an exception.(Placquet Deo Press Conference, Questions and answers).
Thi is all doctrinal error which the Declaration of Truths has ignored. The signatories did not want to come across as Feeneyite.
The issue was also avoided in the Filial Correction and the Appeal to the Bishops accusing the pope of heresy. It was also omitted in other petitions to the pope.
How can CCC 847-848 and Lumen Gentium 16(saved in invincible ignorance) be exceptions to EENS? Where are the cases of being saved in invincible ignorance in 2019 or during the lifetime of Cardinal Raymond Burke ?

The Declaration of Truths is meaningless for the liberals, since Cardinal Raymond Burke,Bishop Athanasius Schneider and the other signatories do not affirm the old interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). So since the dogma and doctrines on salvation have changed for them, everything is open to change
