Ann Barnhardt says being saved in invincible ignorance is technically only there on paper. This is an important insight. It can change her interpretation of Vatican Council II.
The Council Fathers however did not think being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) is there only on paper. They projected I.I as an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Since it was an exception ,they implied, there was a real person. It was a known person saved outside the Church.Otherwise it could not be an exception to EENS ( Feeneyite). So Lumen Gentium 14 does not say that all in general with no exception, needs to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell but only who those who  'know'; those who are not in invincible ignorance. For Archbishop Richard Cushing and the Amercian Jesuits at Vatican Council II ,invincible ignorance referred to a known non Catholic saved outside the Catholic Church.Only since it was allegedly known it could be an exception to EENS ( Feeneyite).Unknown and not existing person cannot be an exception.
So LG 14 does not say that all in general with no exception needs to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell but only those know.
So a new doctrine on salvation was created.
Traditionally, the popes before Pius XII, it was thought that most people are on the way to Hell since they die outside the Church. The norm for salvation was faith and baptism and we physically and personally could not know of any exception.
With LG 14, the liberals at Vatican Council II wanted us to assume that most people go to Heaven and this includes those who die in invincible ignorance, outside the Church.
Of course who knows or does not know and are saved or not saved are known only to God.So LG 14 does not contradict EENS ( Feeneyite) for us human beings.
Once a Catholic sees that invincible ignorance can be interpreted in two ways- as being invisible or visible, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church can be interpreted in two ways.
If invincible ignorance refers, technically to cases being there only on paper, I call it Feeneyism.
For most Catholics I.I refers to known cases saved outside the Church. I call this Cushingism.
The Cushingites at Vatican Council II created Lumen Gentium 14 in the way we read it now but LG 14 can also be interpreted with Feeneyism i.e it is only God who can know who knows or does not know about Jesus and the Church and is saved or not saved. So for the Feeneyite, LG 14 does not refer to an objective exception to EENS. Similarly there is nothing in the Catechism of the Catholic Church to contradict Feeneyite EENS.-Lionel Andrades

To avoid the Anti-Semitic charge Roberto dei Mattei does not interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with Feeneyism.Meanwhile he promotes his book on Vatican Council II interpreted with irrational and non traditional Cushingism. This creates a rupture with Tradition( Syllabus of Errors etc). This the Leftist approved version of Vatican Council II and EENS https://eucharistandmission.blogspot.com/2019/08/to-avoid-anti-semitic-charge-roberto.html
