Trads could set the trend

Dr.Joseph Shaw, Chairman of the Latin Mass Society of England and Wales, could announce that he accepts Lumen Gentium 8(LG 8) as referring to only hypothetical cases. He would then advise  young Catholics, to also interpret Vatican Council II in this way.
Similarly Michael Matt at the Remnant media could announce for young Catholics,  that he interprets LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as referring to hypothetical and speculative cases in 2019. They are not practical examples of salvation outside the Church.
John Rao, John Lamont and Thomas Pink  could also announce that for them LG 8 etc  refer to only hypothetical  and theoretical cases in 2019.They are not practical exceptions  to the traditional strict interpretation  of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).So they could tell young Catholics  to also interpret Vatican Council II  in this way. This is what they would also teach their students.
Chris Ferrara  could announce that LG 8 etc refer to only invisible people in the present times, for him, and so they are not practical exceptions to EENS, as it was interpreted over the centuries. So he would ask the students at Christendom College, where his son has been studying, to also interpret Vatican Council II in this way.
Similarly John Henry Weston, at his school named after the Immaculate, where hands on training in communication is given to young Catholics, could announce that he interprets Vatican Council II, with LG 8 etc referring to only hypothetical cases and the students could also interpret the Council in this rational way.
Taylor Marshall could correct the error  he made at the Fischer-More College and announce that he accepts Vatican Council II with LG 8 etc referring to only hypothetical cases in 2019.He would ask young Catholics to interpret the Council in this way.
Phil Lawler could announce for the faculty of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in New Hampshire where he teaches, that LG 8 refers to only a hypothetical case. He would tell the students to re-interpret Vatican Council II.
