So if the Amazon Synod approves married priests and married women as priests will they interpret EENS like St. Francis Xavier and St. Robert Bellarmine ? Will the German bishops in future affirm EENS according to the missionaries of the 12th and 13th century? Will the Franciscans, Dominicans, Jesuits and Carmelites interpret EENS like the founders of their community?

When Pope Francis cited Vatican Council II to justify his Abu Dhabi Statement it was schismatic. He was interpreting the Council with an irrationality to create a rupture with the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), which says  all non Catholics are oriented to Hell.

When Pope Benedict  quoted Vatican Council II to say EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century it was schismatic. It was a rupture with with the popes over the centuries on EENS and the Magisterium of the 16th century. For them all non Catholics were oriented to Hell with no known exception. 

Similarly when Cardinal Ladaria cited Vatican Council II (LG 8) to say the Church no more supports exclusive salvation he was interpreting Vatican Council II with an irrationality at that Placuet Deo Press Conference, to create a rupture with the popes over the centuries, before Pius XII on the strict interpretation of EENS.

The important issue is that Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS.While the popes and the ecclesiastics at intepret it as contradicting EENS.

The Council does not contradict Feeneyite EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century. The baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are hypothetical always and so are not exceptions to EENS.
