Traditional Mission based on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church with an ecumenism of return has not changed with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally. Since Lumen Gentium  etc does not contradict 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
On September 8, 2019 at feast of the birth of Our Lady, we do not know any one who will be saved outside the Church ( or inside) with elements of sanctification and truth in other religions ( Lumen Gentium 8).
We do not know of someone who will be saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance through no fault of their own(Lumen Gentium 16) or with a good conscience(LG 16).
We canot know of any one saved outside the Church with the desire for the baptism of water, which he or she did not receive before death ( Lumen Gentium 14).
We do not know of anyone saved outside the Church becauase we can judge 'who knows of does not know' about Jesus and the Church and is saved or not saved.(LG 14).
So there are no objective exceptions to 16th century EENS  mentioned in Lumen Gentium. Neither are hypothetical cases of GS 22 ( goodwill), AG 11 ( seeds of the Word), UR 3( saved in imperfect communion with the Church) exceptions to EENS. There are no exceptions to the past exclusivist ecclesiology too.
The Catholic Church still has a superiority and exclusiveness in salvation. This was denied by Cardinal Luiz Ladaria at the Placuet Deo Press Conference.( March 1, 2019) and Pope Benedict ( Avvenire, March 2016).They interpreted the Council irrationally to create a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.
