They also did not know that without this mistake, the Council can still be interpreted in harmony with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and the Social Reign of Christ the King. The Council is ecclesiocentric and Christological and supports the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with no practical exceptions mentioned in the text.

This is a major error in the books of the Lefebvrists including those of the Society of St.Pius X bishops and priests and the sedevcantists influenced by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.This is an error that they have in common with the liberals Massimo Faggioli, Cardinal Kasper and Pope Benedict.
