Seminarians from the Eichstadt seminary study theology at the Catholic University of Eichstadt-Ingolstadt,Bavaria and they are taught to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally.Students from the seminary of St. Willibrand have to interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with a false premise and inference to study to become a priest.
For example, like Cardinal Reinhardt Marx and Bishop Gregor Maria Hanke, the faculty and students have to assume:-
1. The baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are examples of known salvation outside the Church in the present times(1965-2020) and so are practical exceptions to 16th century EENS.They would have to be known to be exceptions.Invisible people cannot be exceptions to the past ecclesiology and EENS
2. In Vatican Council II, invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are literal examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church and so are practical exceptions to EENS, an ecumenism of return and the past ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
So there is an artificial rupture created with the Athanasius Creed. Outside the Church there is no salvation becomes outside the Church there is salvation. The Nicene Creed, Syllabus of Errors and Catechisms are re-interpreted wrongly to maintain the rupture with Tradition.
This is unethical and deceptive since Cardinal Marx and Bishop Hanke can interpret :-
1.BOD, BOB and I.I would refer to hypothetical cases only. They refer to speculative and theoretical cases only. They are not visible people saved outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2020.
2. LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc also refer to only hypothetical cases and are not personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times.
However the faculty and students at the Theological Department of the university and the seminarians at the Eichstatt seminary, are not allowed to use this rational approach.
Similarly vocations to the religious life have to interpret magisterial documents deceptively. The mandataum to teach theology is given only to those professors who use the deceptive and unethical method.
All religious communities are not allowed in the diocese of Munich to interpret Vatican Council II, EENS, the Creeds and Catechisms, rationally.-Lionel Andrades

Traditionalists who are in schism with the past popes on the Syllabus of Errors, the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB), invincible ignorance (I.I), the Athanasius Creed etc held an assembly prayer at Munich, Bavaria last Saturday against the 'schismatic' Cardinal Reinhardt Marx, Archbishop of Munich.
