According to Vatican Council II, other religions have good and holy things(NA 2) and it is possible that non Catholics are saved in their religion but other religions are not paths to salvation(AG 7) since their members need 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) for salvation( to avoid Hell). So the Council is saying outside the Church there is no salvation and non Catholics need to be members of the Catholic Church.Ad Gentes 7 is the norm and not LG 8, LG 14 and LG 16.

The norm for salvation is faith and baptism and not the 'possibilities'.This is the rational and Catholic way to read Vatican Council II.
The norm for salvation is faith and baptism and not the alleged exceptions.
The norm for salvation is EENS etc and LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not exceptions.
LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to 'possibilities' which exist only in our mind. They are not practical exceptions to the teaching on all needing to enter  the Church for salvation( to avoid Hell). This is the rational way to read Vatican Council II, with a rational premise, inference and conclusion.
The irrational way to read Vatican Council II is to consider 'possibilities' as being known non Catholics saved outside the Church. We cannot judge any one as being a possibilities. If someone is saved outside the Church it could only be known to God.
So possibilites cannot be interpreted as being exceptions  to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), This is the mistake the popes, cardinals and bishops need to correct. It is irrational and non traditional. They use a false premise ( invisible people are visible, invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible), false inference( BOD, BOB and I.I are practical exceptions to EENS, LG 8 etc are exceptions to EENS, the past ecclesiology, the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed etc are obsolete since there are exceptions) and non traditional, false conclusion ( Vatican Council II contradicts Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors of Pius X, Catechism of Pope Pius X (24 Q, 27Q) etc ).
The norm for salvation is faith and baptism and not the 'possibilities'.This is the rational and Catholic way to read Vatican Council II.
The norm for salvation is faith and baptism and not the alleged exceptions.
