The Magisterium cannot make a mistake but the popes can : Vigano and Lawler follow the error of the popes since Pius XII

The Magisterium cannot make a mistake but the popes can : Vigano and Lawler follow the error of the popes since Pius XII.1
The Magisterium is guided by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake. However there is an objective and factual mistake made in Vatican Council II and this is human error. It is not a magisterial teaching. It contradicts the teaching of the past Magisterium on so many subjects, extra ecclesiam nulla salus, baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance, the Creeds( Athanasius, Nicene and Apostles), Catechisms etc. They have two meanings, two interpretations, parallel interpretations.
The reality is that Archbishop Carlo Vigano  interviewed by Phil Lawler,  interprets Vatican Council II assuming LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, etc are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed etc.It is the same for Phil Lawler and Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester, USA.The bishop approves Lawler's teaching at an educational institution in the diocese, since there are exceptions to EENS for the bishop and Phil Lawler.
While for me there are no exceptions.Lawler and Vigano's exceptions are simply hypothetical cases for me.
For them (if they realize it or not) LG 8 etc refer to visible non Catholics saved outside the Church. So exceptions have emerged. There is a hermeneutic of rupture with the traditonal Magisterial understanding of salvation. For me LG 8 and UR 3 etc do not refer to visible non Catholics but to invisible and hypothetical cases. So there are no exceptions to the traditional Magisterial understanding of salvation, for me, when I read Vatican Council II.
It is the same Vatican Council II but with a parallel approach for the both of us,Phil Lawler and myself.
Vigano and Lawler are following the mistake of the popes since Pius XII while I am following the teaching; the way of reasoning,  of the popes before Pius XII.
Pope Pius XII over looked the error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney. The Council Fathers at Vatican Council II also over looked the same  error. Instead they incorporated the error into the text of Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14 etc). Now Vigano and Lawler read the Council with the error.
So for the liberals and Masons there are two Magisteriums, that of the past and that of the present. There are two Churches, in parallel, since there are two interpretations of magisterial documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc).
The Masons welcome the false reasoning and interpretation of Vigano and Lawler. It rejects Tradition. They would hate , what I have to say.
