All the seminarians of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate and their Rector Fr. Rosario Sammarco F.I , who were formerly at Boccea, Rome, must affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS ( extra ecclesiam nulla salus with no exceptions ) since practically they do not know of any exceptions and Vatican Council II does not mention any. This is the only rational option available. There is no other choice

Rosario Sammarco and the seminarians, of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, Tiburtina, Rome to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and then offer/attend Holy Mass in Italian.-Lionel Andrades
