Fr.Anthony Pillari 's course does not say that when I meet a non Catholic I know that he or she is oriented to Hell. Since the person does not have faith and baptism( non Christian) or Catholic faith( non Catholic Christians) or the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. There are exceptions of the baptism of desire(BOD) for Fr. Pillari. So when he meets a non Catholic, the person can be an exception to exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. This is the liberal approach of Cardinal Richard Cushing, Pope Paul VI and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. They would read the Baltimore Catechism with Cushingism and not Feeneyism
