The FSSP priests and all religious communities in Boston have to intepret UR 3, NA 2, LG 8; LG 14, LG 16, Gs 22 etc in Vatican Council II as being non hypothetical cases, living people, known to all or some, saved outside the Church and who contradict the dogma EENS.This is a falsehood.
Vocations to the religious life in Boston have to respect this falsehood to be accepted by religious community.
Bishop Willliam D Byre whom Pope Francis has this month nominated bishop of Springfield Massachusetts had to be admitted into the Angelicum University Rome and then complete his ecclesiastical studies there.If he did not use the false and inference to interpret Vatican Council II he would have been affirming Feeneyite EENS. The Dominicans there would then disqualify him. He would not be able to be a priest in Washington in 1994 and a seminarian at the North American College, Rome(1989-1994).
