 The Vatican publishing house (Libreria Editrice Vaticana)  has published the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC).It has its foundation in a false interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. CCC 846( Outside the Church there is no salvation) has the New Theology.It says all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church. It does not directly say all need to enter the Catholic Church with faith and baptism for salvation. CCC 846 accomodates the false premise .It  considers unknown and invisible cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance as being objective and practical exceptions to EENS ( LOHO).It also considers  hypothetical and theoretical cases of LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, as being  examples of salvation outside the Church.They become exceptions to the traditional exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.

There are other books published by the Libreria Editrice Vaticana which also interpret Vatican Council II and the LOHO with the false premise.

I interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise. I accept the first part of LOHO and reject the second part.It  contradicts the first part and Tradition (Creeds and Catechisms).. -Lionel Andrades
