Fischer More College fell while Ecclesia Dei and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican were interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise to create a rupture with Tradition (EENS) and this was the new doctrine the Catholic college had to accept to continue to have the Latin Mass at their chapel and to continue to exist

It is unethical still for Bishop Olsen to intepret Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise to create a rupture with with the ecclesiology of the Traditional Latin Mass in the 16th century.
