Propaganda Fide, Vatican gives scholarships for students to study at the Pontifical Universities and seminaries, without discrimination based upon religion, nationality etc .However they discriminate based upon ideology. All recipients of funds from Propaganda Fide must interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise to reject the Athanasius Creed , EENS and exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.Since for the Left exclusive salvation would be 'rigid' etc and unacceptable.
So Propaganda Fide reviews political theology.Bas upon this ideology rejects students.They mostly are those who do not interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise, to create a rupture with Tradition. -Lionel Andrades
