Bishop Stephen Brady has not re-instated Fr. Vaughn Treco since the latter interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise but rejects the non traditional conclusion. Bishop Brady also interprets Vatican Council II with the same false premise and accepts the rupture with exclusive salvation being there in the Catholic Church.

Fr. Vaughn Treco seems to affirm EENS interpreted without the false premise, though there is confusion. However Bishop Stephen Brady , like Cardinal Donald Wuerl, interprets EENS with the false premise. So he creates a rupture with EENS as it was interpreted by the Jesuits in the Middle Ages.Of course, for Bishop Brady, he is a personal example of Catholic orthodoxy and Fr.
