When Vatican Council II suggests that there is salvation outside the Church and that non Catholic religions are not false paths to salvation it is rejecting traditio nal extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with a false premise.Commonly LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II,  are wrongly projected as exceptions to EENS.

Instead if they are seen as only speculative and theoretical cases we can undo Pope Benedict's bad philosophy and theology. Over the last 55 years there was no discussion or debate on Vatican Council II and EENS interpreted without the fake premise. Always the New Theology was used since the error in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO) was overlooked. -Lionel Andrades
