The false premise was there at Vatican Council II and Pope Paul VI ignored it.

The false premise was there in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Pope John Paul II ignored it. He also ignored the error in LOHO and Vatican Council II.

The false premise was there in Pope Benedict's statements and books on Vatican Council II. Ecclesiology, New Ecumenism etc and he promoted it.
