Without this general error in Vatican Council II(without the false premise), Dignitatis Humanae can also be interpreted in harmony with Tradition in general and in particular, with their being exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.Affirm 16th century EENS and then proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King ( Quas Primas)
