Pope Francis has indicated that the issue is no more only accepting Vatican Council II.The issue is now accepting one of two interpretations of the Council. He refers to 'the interpretation'.

He has indicated the other day,at the Audience with members of the Italian Bishops Conference National Catechechtical Office,that the false premise must continue to be used.
When Vatican Council II is interpreted with a false premise it creates a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. Only this is Magisterial for him.
If the false premise is not used to interpret Vatican Council II then it is not Magisterial. The Council would be in harmony with EENS and the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q). Since hypothetical cases could not be practical exceptions to EENS in the present times( 1965-2021).
This must have been a crisis for the National Catechetical Office in Italy and so they called on Pope Francis for help. It is now discovered what makes the hermeneutic of discontinuity and how it can be avoided. It's simple.
So Pope Francis' Magisterium supports an interpretation of Vatican Council II with an irrationality. He considers this being inspired by the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit guides the Church from error. Yet Pope Francis is saying that unknown cases of the baptism of desire(LG 14) and invincible ignorance (LG 16) are objective exceptions to Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the rest of Tradition.
This is not human error and an objective mistake for him and the national Catechetical Office has to continue to teach it.If Pope Francis did not use the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II and accepted still accepted the Council, he would be a traditionalist, a fundamentalist.-Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis has indicated that the Salesian Sisters must continue to interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise and teach it in Catechesis
Pope Francis has indicated that Sr.Cettina Cacciato and the Salesian Sisters in the Diocese of Porta Santa Rufina, Rome and the teachers at the Pontifical Faculty of Science and Education"Auxilium", Boccea,Rome, must continue to use the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II in their catechesis.They must continue to teach the error to others.
The Pope’s second point had to do with catechesis and the future. In 2020, the church in Italy marked the 50th anniversary of the “renewal of catechesis” following the Second Vatican Council. “The catechesis inspired by the Council,” said Pope Francis, “is continually listening to the heart of the man, always with an attentive ear, always seeking to renew itself.”

However the Salesian Sisters, members of the faculty at The Pontifical Faculty of Science and Education"Auxilium", Rome,agree with me . They are all using a false premise to intepret Vatican Council II and they are teaching it to the students
