 There is now a separation of Church and State in Italy and the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation is not proclaimed since Vatican Council II is interpreted irrationally. The result is imaginary exceptions are created for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the Athanasius Creed is made obsolete. So people think that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church in the present times and every one does not need to be a member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell. -Lionel Andrades
