Feeneyites do not have to deny the baptism of desire since BOD is always invisible and hypothetical, it never was a practical exception to EENS

Feeneyites do not have to deny the baptism of desire since BOD is always invisible and hypothetical, it never was a practical exception to EENS. They can affirm theoretical and speculative- for- us- baptism of desire along with the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.(EENS). They are compatible. We do not have to choose from the two.It is not either-or.
Lefebvrists and liberals would have to choose.Since for them the baptism of desire is an exception to Feeneyite EENS. So they imply that there are physically visible cases of the baptism of desire in the present times, for them to be practical exceptions to EENS. This is irrational and non traditional. It is also the common error today. It is responsible for the widespread modernism in the Catholic Church. It is the cause of what Pope Benedict called the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.- Lionel Andrades

Fr. Leonard Feeney, Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and Archbishop Pierre Thuc did not know that Vatican Council II could be interpreted without the false premise, inference and conclusion
