The Rome Vicariate and the Vatican are not allowing the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate to come to their original parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Boccea, Rome.The seminary and other premises are legally in the possession of the Comitato del Immacolata of Fr. Stefano Mannelli f.i.It is now about a year and the premises are vacant.

Stefano Mannelli f.i.It is now about  a year and the premises are vacant.

The parish is pastored by the Joselito Christo priests, good priests, good persons,but they interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise, create the expected rupture with Tradition ( Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, EENS etc) and so then are allowed to offer Mass in Italian.

If they interpreted Vatican Council II without the rational premise, and affirmed Tradition( Athanasius Creed etc) which would not be contradicted by Vatican Council II( interpreted with the rational premise), they would not be allowed to offer Holy Mass in the diocese.

Fr. Settimo Mannelli f.i was the former Parish Priest at the parish and Rector of the seminary here, before Pope Francis  closed the seminary and banned the Latin Mass in 2013.Fr. Giovanni Manneli f.i was an assistant priest with many other priests, associated with the seminary.They would offer Mass here in Italian and Latin.

I would also attend Mass offered in Italian by Fr. Giovani Mannelli f.i at the church of the Annunziata, a Franciscan of the Immaculate church, at Lugotevere, near the Vatican.

Fr. Settimo and Fr. Giovanni are not allowed to return to the parish and offer Holy Mass.Pope Francis does not permit them while the Comitato del Immaculata has asked the other group of Fransciscans of the Immaculate to transfer to another place.There is disunity here and it is public.

The issue still is Vatican Council II and not the Latin Mass.The Latin Mass is being offered in Rome in other churches, after Traditionis Custode, with no change.

If the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate offered Mass in Latin or Italian at the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Boccea, they have to use a fake premise ( invisible non Catholics are physically visible who are saved outside the Church) to interpret Vatican Council II.In this way an expected rupture with Catholic Tradition is created which is approved by the Left and so also the Vatican.Their catechesis and evangelisation will have to be based upon this error.

Presently there are police at every Mass in Italian in the parish. They are there to enforce the leftist ideology.So the Joselitos Christo priests have to interpret Vatican Council II with a lie and keep silent on this issue.The same would be expected of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate .

The Comitato dell Immaculata has generously allowed the new church building to remain open and parish life to continue normally.This is appreciated by the people here.There was an agreement with the former bishop of the diocese.-Lionel Andrades
