Second Vatican Council, Dogmatic Constitution Lumen gentium, 14: "They could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it, or to remain in it."

NOTE : Lumen Gentium 14 ( baptism of desire) and Lumen Gentium 16(invincible ignorance ) are mentioned by Wikipedia with reference to Extra ecclesiam nulla salus.It is  as if they are practical exceptions.For them to be exceptions the false premise had to be used.
