Meeting with members of a Diocese of Rome at the Vatican : Pope Francis' Evangelium Gaudium is based upon the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, extra ecclesiam nulla salus,Creeds, Catechisms etc

At 12:04 on the video above a lady from a diocese of Rome reads from Evangelium Gaudium on the subject of evangelisation. Pope Francis says evangelisation does not depend upon the hierarchy of the Catholic Church or it's institutions. This contradicts St.Ignatius of Loyola for whom mission was hiearchical.Jesus was not separated from membership in the Church.
