Also  the theology faculty of the Opus Dei university, and other universities in Rome use the False Premise approved by the Congregation for Catholic Education for interpreting Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents.This is a criteria for giving graduate and post graduate academic degrees  and receiving scholarships  from Propaganda Fide, Vatican.

Even the public libraries in Rome ( Biblioteche di Roma, Commune di Roma ) which are Marxists, anti-Catholic and funded by the European Commission, European Union, have books by Fr. Hans Kung sj, and others, interpreting Vatican Council II with the False Premise. In this way he created a break with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Catholic Church.

Kung interpreted Vatican Council II with the False Premise and then created exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He concluded that the popes were wrong ex cathedra.
