How can President Sergio Mattarella make an Oath of Office as a Catholic when he interprets Vatican Council II with a False and not Rational Premise ?

Is the Oath of Office of President Matterella valid? His office needs to issue a clarification saying that the interpretation of Vatican Council II with the False Premise is unethical even if the popes do the same.
