The pontifical universities must continue to refer to Vatican Council II but interpret it rationally. The mandatum to teach theology must only be given to those professors who interpret Vatican Council II rationally and not politically with a False Premise which produces a rupture with Catholic Tradition (EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc).
