Pilgrims from South Africa, led by Archbishop Stephen Brislin, have been staying in Medjugorje in recent days. During the pilgrimage, they participated in the evening prayer program, and also visited the Medjugorje hills - Cross Mountain and Apparition Hill.
Archbishop Stephen Brislin told us that he came to Medjugorje for the first time in 2000, and that despite the changed appearance of the place, the spirit of Medjugorje remained the same.
"It is a wonderful experience to come to Medjugorje after 22 years and see that Medjugorje has blossomed spiritually into what it is today. This place continues to be a place of prayer, a place that changed many lives, confirming our faith in the power of prayer. This is the time of deep faith and spiritual experience", said the Archbishop
