Christopher White in the National Catholic Reporter (NCR) still does not issue a correction or clarification. I have reminded him and the editor quite a few times. In his report, Church Militant Founder may face legal reckoning for defamation (April 30,2021)  he did not say that Fr. Georges de Laire interpreted Vatican Council II with an Irrational Premise and this was unethical. Brother Andre Marie MICM the Prior at the St, Benedict Cente(SBC) chooses the Rational Premise. Yet the report is critical of the SBC.

Fr. Georges de Laire did not tell the National Catholic Reporter, which reported on the happenings there, that he had used a False Premise to avoid being called a Feeneyite. He then placed sanctions on the St. Benedict Center, NH which used the Rational Premise and were ethical.

The NCR had a report by Christopher White which did not say that Fr. Georges de Laire like Archbishop Augustine di Noia, the Assistant Secretary of the CDF, did not use the Rational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II.

The NCR did not say that the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, NH, interprets Vatican Council II in harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla sales (EENS) while Fr. Georges de Laire did not use the Rational Premise- and neither did the CDF.

In the NCR report by Christopher White it was not said that without the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Judicial Vicar would be interpreting EENS like the SBC.

Why should Catholics Vatican Council II interpreted Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents with a False Premise ? We have an obligation to only choose the Rational Premise.

Laire and Di Noia placed prohibitions, against the religious community in New Hampshire for saying in Heaven there are only Catholics (Ad Gentes 7, CCC 846 etc). This is a Conciliar teaching. Vatican Council II interpreted rationally says in Heaven there are only Catholics ( AG 7, LG 14)

I repeat that in the NCR report by Christopher White has  not mentioned that without the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II, Fr. Georges de Laire would be interpreting EENS like the SBC in NH. Neither does it state that the SBC affirms all the teachings of the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades
