Sedevacantists (Lefebvrists) can no more support their views based upon Vatican Council II since the Council is orthodox. It is traditional when interpreted with a Rational Premise.So Vatican Council II ( Rational) is always available. We do not have to choose the wrong version of the Council. It was a mistake made by Pope Paul VI.
There is no denial from Bishop Mark
Pivarunas and Fr. Benedict Hughes of the CMRI and Bishop Donald Sanborn and Fr.
Eldracher at the Most Holy Trinity seminary, Florida.They can choose the rational version of Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It will be in harmony with Tradition. It is the liberal popes who will have a problem.
So Vatican Council II is no more a reason to
go into
