The French Bishops Conference and the Archbishop of Paris need to affirm Vatican Council II interpreted rationally and so announce that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II  refer to only hypothetical and speculative cases in 2023 and that all need faith and baptism for salvation (AG 7, LG 14 etc), with no known exceptions .-Lionel Andrades
