SSPX Germany must appeal to the German Federal Ministry of Education : Vatican Council II must be interpreted rationally. This is ethical

Fr. Franz Schmidbeger and Father Nicholas Pfluger of the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) in Germany and the priests in Germany must contact the German Ministry of Education. They must appeal for  Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium  14, Lumen Gentium 16, Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22, etc.,in Vatican Council II to be officially interpreted rationally. Since they refer to only hypothetical cases. They refer to unknown and unseen people in the years 1965-2023.

This must be taught in educational institutions, Catholic and non-Catholic. The Catholic Church must also officially teach this. Then the SSPX can rationally interpret Vatican II. The Council will be in harmony with Tradition. If the SSPX accepts the Second Vatican Council and Tradition, then the SSPX has the right to use the Catholic churches in Germany for Holy Mass. They meet the condition of accepting the Second Vatican Council. They continue to reject Vatican II (irrational) and will accept only Vatican II (rational).

The German government is not allowed to give grants to the research institution of Alberto Melloni (FSCIRE-Bologna School). Melloni interprets the Second Vatican Council with a False Premise (invisible cases of LG 8 etc are visible). He chooses a False Inference ( so they are practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus , the Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasian Creed). There is a False Conclusion (Vatican II made the Athanasian Creed etc obsolete. The Council is a break with tradition).

It is ethical when there is a Rational Premise (LG 8 etc. are not objective examples of salvation outside the Church in 1965-2023). It has a Rational Inference (LG 8 etc. are not a break with tradition) and a Traditional Conclusion (Vatican II is in harmony with Tradition. Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 support the dogma EENS and LG 8 etc. are not exceptions).

Father Nicholas Pfluger was the District Superior in Germany and also in Switzerland. Fr. Franz Schmidberger, born in Munich, was a District Superior in Germany. He was First Assistant to Bishop Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the SSPX.- Lionel Andrades
