Why is the SSPX in Germany allowing the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and Cardinal Marx and Bishop Georg Batzing, to interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc,to be interpreted irrationally ?
