How can the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA and the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, Vatican legally call themselves Catholic when they violate Canon Law and secular law?
They are interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally. So they produce exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) and Council of Florence (1442). These Councils did not mention any exceptions. They also make the Athanasius Creed obsolete and change the understanding of the Nicene Creed. So they reject the old catechisms and re-interpret irrationally, the Catechism of the Catholic Church of Pope John Paul II.
All this contradicts Canon Law. A juridical person has to be a Catholic and affirm Catholic beliefs in public.He cannot present new versions of Magisterial Documents.
So Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, and Fr. Fr. Hugues Beaugrand, IBP, of the Institute of the Good Shepherd, who is the pastor of the St. Stanslaus parish in Winchester,NH,do not support the teachings of the Catholic Church. They are not part of the Catholic Church. They represent a political group.Also Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF and Pope Francis do not support the Catholic Church but instead, the globalists, Freemasons, one-world religion adherents and Satanists.
Vatican Council II has a continuity with Tradition. It is in harmony with the Church Councils, Creeds and Catechisms but they interpret it as a rupture with Tradition. This is unethical.
This is unethical even according to secular law. It is dishonesty.
Cardinal Marx and Sister Nathalie Bequart have interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally, as a rupture with Tradition and then they have justified the liberal and heretical Synod.The Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) interprets Vatican Council II liker Sister Bequart.The books on Vatican Council II published by the SSPX's Angelus Press,are as obsolete, as those published by the Oxford University Press or Amazon.
The SSPX priest from Albano, Italy who offers the Latin Mass at their chapel in Rome does not interpret the Council rationally.
Cardinal Walter Kasper has said that if Vatican Council II can change the ecclesiology of the Church then why cannot the Eucharist be given to the divorced and remarried. Of course, he is not talking about Vatican Council II, rationally, which supports the Fourth Lateran Council and the Council of Florence on EENS, which he rejects.
Cardinal Kasper opposed the Ecclesia di Eucharestia of Pope John Paul II and said it supported the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with reference to the orthodox Christians ( 40 Giorni). Like Cardinal Ratzinger he meant that EENS and the Syllabus of Errors were obsolete with Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.
Cardinal Kasper, Cardinal Semarero and Archbishop Bruno Forte's books on Ecclesiology are cited as Recommended Bibliography in the pontifical universities in Rome. They are obsolete since the authors do not interpret Vatican Council II rationally.
Pope Francis has said that the Abu Dhabi Declaration is based upon Vatican Council II and he only interprets the Council irrationally so there is a rupture with Tradition. Without the false premise - invisible cases of LG 8,14 and 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, being visible in the present times, 1965-2023- there is no theological liberalism in the Church. Since then there are no visible exceptions for the dogma EENS as it was known in the 12th to 16th century.
Pope Francis and the CDF have issued a Decree of Prohibitions against Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire. The Decree was issued against ther SBC since it was not dishonest. It did not interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally. The SBC did not unethically create a break with Tradition. The CDF is dishonest. This is not Catholic but political and Bishop Peter Libasci is following the lie.
How can Bishop Libasci and the priests of the diocese offer Holy Mass when they have in public changed the understanding of the Creeds, rejected the Councils and re-interpreted irrationally the Catechisms ? This is an impediment to offer Mass in Latin or the vernacular. The error has to be corrected in public.Also the Institute of the Good Shepherd, Courtlain, France and other Ecclesia Dei communities must clarify their position on this issue.-Lionel Andrades
