To Father Adolfo Nicolas, SJ.

To the Superior General,
Society of Jesus,
Rome.

Dear Father Adolfo Nicolas, SJ,

Praised be Jesus and Our Lady.

Before filing a complaint under Canon Law I thought I would address this issue to you, once again.

I was present at the Mass on the feast day of St. Ignatius of Loyola at the Chiesa del Gesu, Rome where you were the main celebrant.

I.
1. My complaint is that you and the other priests offering that Holy Mass do not affirm in public the literal interpretation of the thrice defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as did the great Jesuit saints and missionaries.

2. The Jesuits consider non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire as cases known to us in 2012. So they conclude that the dogma defined by three Church Councils has explicit exceptions. They assume that we can see the dead (saved) in the present times, who are exceptions to the dogma and Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II.

II.
1.There has been no review of the Fr. Leonard Feeney case, in spite of appeals to you, to acknowledge the injustice done by the Superior General to Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston, a Jesuit and former editor of the Jesuit magazine America.

2.Why was Fr. Leonard Feeney removed from the Jesuit community when there is no known baptism of desire? So how could he be in heresy?

Why was he penalized by the Jesuits when he was faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church?

III.
1. How can the Jesuits today assume that the baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ?

2.Whether Fr. Leonard Feeney affirmed or rejected the baptism of desire how is it relevant to his literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

3.For you and the Jesuits to offer Holy Mass without being able to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus is heresy. This is not permitted by Canon Law.

How can you and the Jesuits claim to be Catholics when you reject a de fide teaching of the Catholic Church?

4.Finally I would like to ask you why cannot all religious communities, Jesuits included, hold the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus along with being saved with implicit baptism of desire and invincible ignorance.

I accept Vatican Council II as a continuity with Dominus Iesus, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors.

The Jesuits accept Vatican Council II as a break with Dominus Iesus (20), the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors.

In a prepared statement for the press the former Jesuit added: "The conscience difficulty is that the diocese of Boston, under the auspices of Archbishop Cushing, and Boston College, under the auspices of Father John J. McEloney, S.J., both notably ignorant in the field of Catholic theology ... are teaching that there is salvation outside the Catholic Church." - Father Feeney Is Dismissed From Jesuit Order by Rome
