Is it sound teaching to assume that Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church contradict Fr.Leonard Feeney on the traditional interpretation of the dogma on salvation?

The problem is not in knowing the stance of someone at SSPX, the slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict's, FSSP and so on and so on.

Lionel:

Is it 'sound Catholic teaching' when the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the SSPX assume that the baptism of desire per se is explicit and known to us in the present times and so is an exception(potential or active) to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

The point that I make is that it is critically important for all to know the meaning and truth in Catholic teaching that there is no Salvation outside the Catholic Church but this will not be remedied until the Pope himself clarifies this epicenter of our Faith. The lead and clarification is and has always been on the chair of St. Peter to make the truth know to all. Most are confused and long removed from what you are even talking about, Lionel. These times have been a field day for the devil.

Lionel:
What about the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary ? When will they clarify it ?

Are you saying that they are in error? I am waiting for your clarifiction.

Once again: Is the baptism of desire explicit and known to us in individual cases in 2013?

If these cases are not known to us then is the baptism of desire per se an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.?

And if it is not then are there any exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to the interpretation of r.Leonard Feeney ?
