Vatican's Cong.for Religious Life persecutes Franciscans and closes convents now says there is a general defection among religious

The Vatican's Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life which has been persecuting the Franciscans of the Immaculate and closing down convents and not affirming dogmas and doctrines of the Faith is saying there is a crisis in defections from religious orders.

Also a Franciscan who bankrupted the Franciscan communities was brought in to head one of these Vatican offices.
Ecclesiastical masonry wants to destroy the Catholic Church from within.
The pope and the Vatican Curia are not affirming Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Feeneyite) and they are not allowing the religious communities to do so.They are not allowing the Franciscans of the Immaculate to affirm Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and are granting  a personal prelature to the SSPX since it is already interpreting Vatican Council II with Cushingism.

Vatican cardinal sees crisis in defections from religious orders

February 01, 2017
The secretary of the Vatican’s Congregation for Religious was called attention to a crisis in vocations, noting that more than 2,000 male and female religious quit their orders in the past two years.
Archbishop José Rodriguez Carballo said that Pope Francis was worried about the “hemorrhage” of religious vocations. The phenomenon is particularly troubling, he said, because most of the religious who are leave have spent years in their congregations before determining that they “never felt a vocation.”
