He does not affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS since he makes the same mistake as the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney. The Letter assumed physically invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS.So for him too BOD, BOB and I.I are visible and known cases of people saved outside the Church even though he would not know of any such person in 2017.This is contrary to common sense. He could be corrected by a school boy or even a non Catholic. We cannot see invisible people in Heaven saved with BOD, BOB and I.I.Neither can we say that any particular person in 2017 will be saved without the baptism of water in the Church and instead with BOD, BOB and I.I.If this was possible it would only be known to God. So it is not relevant or an exception to EENS.
Since there is known salvation outside the Church at Mass for Cardinal Sarah he cannot affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King over all legislation.Since people can be saved outside the Church for him.The Church is not necessary for salvation for him. So at the Angelicum this week he proclaimed the necessity of mission without the neeed for every one to be a formal member of the Church for salvation.This is his non exclusivist ecclesiology at Mass.
Since there is known salvation outside the Church for him and the Feeneyite interpretation of EENS is rejected, he accepts a new ecumenism.Protestants are saved in their religion as if he would know of someone in Heaven who did not have to be a member of the Catholic Church and who got there. This is his new ecclesiology which is a rupture with the past ecclesiology of the Church which considered BOD, BOB and I.I as simply being hypothetical cases and not relevant to EENS.Hypothetical cases were not objective exceptions to EENS for Cardinal Robert Bellarmine.
Cardinal Sarah, like the liberal theologians, including Ratzinger, Kasper and Rahner, assume BOD, BOB and I.I refer to known cases in the present times, saved outside the Church.Then they create a new theology, at Holy Mass in every Rite.
If the priests would reject the new theology based on visible for us BOD, BOB and I.I then they would automatically and effortlessly get back to the old ecclesiology of the Catholic Church, before this irrationality was made official and magisterial.
So when is Cardinal Sarah going to affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the separation of Satanic Secularism and State ?
To do this he has to announce that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and that BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to the dogma EENS. Neither is there anything written in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II to contradict the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century.
So to have an authentic ecclesiology of the Church during the Mass he would have to contradict the statement of Pope Benedict last year in Avvenire when he said that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century and there was ' a development' with Vatican Council II.This is a false ecclesiology for Holy Mass in every Rite.
Not only does it have a hermeneutic of rupture with the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors it removes the basis for proclaiming and working, for the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State.Someone with an agenda may have forced Pope Benedict to say that in public.-Lionel Andrades
