The Church has apostasized theologically and doctrinally and Marian apparitions have to accept it for Our Lady to continue Her pastoral work .

I am reading a book Medugorje-Porta del Cielo ed inizio di un mondo migliore by Father Ljudevit Rupcic ofm.He was born in Bosnia Herzegovina in 1920.He writes that among other criteria there is a dogmatic-theological test to check the validity of an apparition.

He also says that there is no new Gospel and no new revelation in the Church and the Bible is a public revelation which is complete.

Fr.Rupcic was a member of the Theological Commission of the ex Yugoslavia's Bishops Conference.

He was 29 years old when the Church in 1949 considered invisible for us people as being visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nullas salus(EENS).The dogma was based upon Jesus' teachings in Matt.3:5( Necessity of baptism) and Mark 16:16 ( the necessity of faith for salvation). 

The change in theology with a new doctrine, that of known salvation outside the Church, and speculative possibilities are known people saved without faith and baptism, was accepted in Vatican Council II.Fr. Rupcic was then 45 years.

So when he was a member of the Theological Commission from 1968-1981 he had accepted that invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance were visible exceptions to the exclusivist theology of the magisterium of the 16th century. 

So theology and doctrine had been changed in the Church. There was a New Revelation.There was a new, non traditional interpretation of the Bible.

Now the Bishops' Conference in Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechisms, EENS and other magisterial documents with the invisible -people-now-saved-are-visible-exceptions premise.So they have done away with the old ecclesiology of the Catholic Church by using this false reasoning..They do this when they assume, unlike me, that BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS.

So this is the new theological-doctrinal criteria cultivated by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger which must be followed when evaluating Marian and other apparitions in the Church.

This is the criteria they expect at Our Lady's apparitions?!

Pope Benedict  indicated on March 2016(Avvenire) that Our Lady would have to follow this new theology based on an irrationality(invisible people are visible/possibilities are real people in 2018/ We can see people in Heaven without faith and baptism).He puts the blame on Vatican Council II when the cause is the false premise which he uses and I avoid.So our conclusions are different.

This is how the Bishop of Mostar, who opposes Medugorje and the Franciscans there, who support Medugorje, interpret salvation in the Catholic Church.They use the invisible people are visible premise.

So for me as a Catholic this is heretical.This is the magisterial heresy Our Lady must support if she wants to continue her pastoral work at apparition sites!

If tomorrow Our Lady at Medugoje says like me that the baptism of desire is not an exception to the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century and that LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2,GS 22, etc are not exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was known to the magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century- it would be the end of her work in bringing millions of Catholics back to the Church.She is bringing them back to the Church, the present magisterium, which has apostasized theologically and doctrinally.-Lionel Andrades
