There are no exceptions to No Salvation Outside the Church(NSOCC)!!! We as Catholics could never use anything but Baptism of Water to Baptize anyone. BOB(Baptism of Blood) and BOD(Baptism of Desire) are simply a form of Baptism that is granted to an individual that the clock ran out on them. The Catholic Church CAN NOT say that they were Baptized with water as the human clock ran out on their lives BEFORE baptism by water. As far as Invincible Ignorance is concerned it is completely up to God...There are NO non Catholics in Heaven. None!
The formula that there is NSOCC stands intact. A Catholic can only baptize with WATER.-George Brenner
