Archbishop Guido Pozzo is the Secretary of Ecclesia Dei,CDF, Vatican and according to Canon Law has to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors and Vatican Council II.He does not do this.

He rejects extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was defined by three Church Councils. He assumes unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are known exceptions to traditional EENS in 2018.So EENS is rejected.

He rejects the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism since for him there is known salvation outside the Church. BOD, BOB and I.I refer to known non Catholics saved outside the Church. In this way he rejects EENS and the past ecclesiology upon which an ecumenism of return was based. So for him there are known Protestants saved in their religion and so all Christians do not need to convert into the Catholic Church as members for salvation. He rejects the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism, non Christian religions and salvation.

He rejects Vatican Council II interpreted in harmony with the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors. Since for him like BOD, BOB and I.I also  LG 8,LG 16, UR 3, GS 22, NA 2 etc refer to known people saved outside the Church even when there are no such known cases. So Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition for him. He does not accept the rational interpretation of the Council in harmony with Tradition. This is a rejection of Vatican Council II.

According to Canon Law a juridical person, like the Secretary of Ecclesia Dei, must affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church.

But Archbishop Guido Pozzo also reinterprets the Nicene Creed with his visible for us BOD,BOB and I.I premise to create something new.

This is heresy on doctrine and schism with the past popes.In the 16th century he would have been excommunicated. Today he interprets magisterial documents with the hermeneutic of rupture and is not honest about it. So there has been no progress with the reconciliation of the SSPX .

He must be asked to affirm Vatican Council II without the irrational invisible people are visible premise and do the same with extra ecclesiam nulla salus and other magisterial documents.-Lionel Andrades
