Today a joint Catholic-Lutheran Way of the Cross will be held at the Basilica of St. Camillio de Lellis, Rome, where the bishops and priests of the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) are not allowed to offer Holy Mass.The Parish Priest is allowed to reject the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and hold his juridical office.
PARISH PRIEST NEEDS TO BE A CATHOLIC
A canonist needs to appeal against the Parish Priest of the Basilica and the Superior of the Camillian Order.Since they are expected to affirm the teachings of the Church.
The Parish Priest cannot say that he will choose to interpret Lumen Gentium 8 etc as referring to known people saved outside the Church, even when there cannot be such known people for us human beings.
HE CANNOT SAY INVISIBLE AND HYPOTHETICAL CASES ARE NOT INVISIBLE AND HYPOTHETICAL.
He cannot say that he will reject Vatican Council II with Lumen Gentium 8 etc referring to invisible cases, hypothetical cases, and so are not exceptions to the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church in harmony with the Syllabus of Errors and with an ecumenism of return.He refuses to affirm the exclusivist understanding of salvation with an ecumenism of return.

For the Parish Priest and the Camillian Superiors, invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). So these priests do not affirm EENS according to the Magisterium of the 16th century and the Church Fathers.
For the Catholic priests at the Basilica unknown cases of Lumen Gentium 8 are known exceptions to the exclusivist understanding of salvation.They refuse to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with traditional EENS.
NEW UNDERSTANDING OF THE NICENE CREED IS HERETICAL
When they pray 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' it means 'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins, desire, blood and invincible ignorance and they all exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church'. So when a Profession of Faith and Oath of Fidelity is made by them with the Nicene Creed, it is a Denial of the Faith and a fidelity to heresy and schism.

Cardinal Luiz Ladaria s.j, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,is allowed to reject the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, which he interprets with the false premise and is allowed to hold the office of Prefect of the CDF. This was a precedent set also by Cardinal Ratzinger.Canon Law which says a juridical person must affirm all the teachings of the Church is put aside.

This prohibition is not restricted to only Catholics who offer/attend the Traditional Latin Mass.Priests who affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, would not be allowed to offer the Novus Ordo Mass in Rome's churches.
HERESY ON DOCTRINE AND SCHISM WITH PAST POPES OBLIGATORY
It is only because the Parish Priest at the Basilica of St.Camillio de Lellis will deny the Faith, that he is allowed to offer Holy Mass there.

The Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) is not allowed to use churches in Rome for Holy Mass since they have to interpret Lumen Gentium 8 as a rupture with Tradition and then affirm this irrational conclusion.
