Schismatic  Cardinal Luiz Ladaria's rejection of exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church last Thursday at the Press Conference on Placiut Deo comes from the Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949). He assumed Lumen Gentium 8 ( elements of sanctification and truth/ subsist it) refers to known people saved outside the Catholic Church.Hypothetical cases were assumed to be non-hypotethical. This was the false reasoning in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.It can be seen with these graphics.

Here is the proof. It can be seen with the following three examples.Cardinal Ladaria , when he was Father Luiz Ladaria s.j, interpreted invisible and unknown cases as being known and visible exceptoins to the exclusivist e ecclesiocentrism of the past.His dark footprints can be seen in the International Theological Commission' s papers, Christianity and the World Religions(1997),  and The Hope of Salvation for Infants Who Die Without Being Baptised,Internaional Theological Commission(2007).

The Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949) offers further specifications. “To gain eternal salvation, it is not always required that a person be incorporated in reality (reapse) as a member of the Church, but it is necessary that one belong to it at least in desire and longing (voto et desiderio).
