In Germany all candidates with a religious vocation have to claim that invisible baptism of desire etc are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.They also cannot interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS

In Germany they do not expect candidates with a religious vocation to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was interpreted by the Church for centuries.

All candidates have to claim that invisible baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and beings saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

They all have to pledge that there was someone or many people in the past whose names are unknown who actually saw people in Heaven without faith and the baptism of water and who were instead saved with BOD, BOB and I.I.

All candidates to the religous life have also to pledge that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc mentioned in Vatican Council II, refer to known to people saved outside the Church. They are examples of salvation outside the Church.

They are not permitted to say that LG 8 etc refer to invisible people and are references to hypothetical cases and so do not contradict the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS as it was known to St. Albert the Great in Cologne.

Those candidates who interpret Vatican Council II, without the irrational premise and in harmony with the past ecclesiology of the Catholic Church cannot become priests or nuns or even a friar, in a religious community in Germany.
