Vocation crisis in the Church : selection based on false doctrine

The vocation programs in the dioceses, all over the world, are a real mess.
Candidates are expected to interpret the baptism of desire, (BOD),baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as referring to visible non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times(2018).So they must all say BOD, BOB and I.I are objective exceptions to EENS. This irrationality is being taught at the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) and sedevacantist seminaries too.
All those who have a vocation have to affirm all this.
They have to infer that there was someone in the past or present who actually saw non Catholics saved in Heaven without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.Otherwise how could they know? How could someone say St. Emerentiana, St. Victor or someone else is in Heaven without faith and the baptism of water?
If a candidate to the priesthood or women religious communities says BOD, BOB and I.I are acceptable as hypothetical cases, speculative possibilities, and not real  people known, who are saved outside the Church,it's the end of their candidacy. They are rejected.
Then to be a priest or religious Sister everyone has to say non visible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are visible and personally known people saved outside the Church.
If they do not repeat this irrationality then they would be affirming the strict, traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS and this would be unacceptable to the Left.So they have to maintain a schism with the past popes on EENS to be accepted as a priest or nun.
So young men and women with a genuine vocation have to reject EENS. This is heresy. They have to re-interpret Vatican Council II as a break with EENS and the Syllabus of Erros. This is again heresy.
They have to re-interpret all the Catechisms, with visible for them BOD referring to known non Catholics  saved outside  the Church. There is a rupture with EENS according to the popes and saints of the past. This is again heresy.
So they have to claim that they affirm EENS, Vatican Council II, Nicene Creed, Catechisms etc but all interpreted  with the false, irrational premise, to create heresy and schism and only then they are accepted as candidates to the religious life.-Lionel Andrades

In Germany all candidates with a religious vocation have to claim that invisible baptism of desire etc are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.They also cannot interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS
