I am not a Catholic for the CDF now under the Left : use of irrational premise and inference to interpret Magisterial documents obligatory

According to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) I too should not consider myself a Catholic since like the St. Benedict Center(SBC), New Hampshire,USA , I affirm Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. So for me, in Heaven, there are only Catholics who are there with faith and baptism. Also every one agrees with the obvious - that there are no practical exceptions to Ad Gentes 7 in 2019.So there can be no objective exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) too. There are no  exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
So Archbishop Joseph Augustine Di Noia made an objective mistake in the CDF communication with the St. Benedict Center. He suggested that the Catechism of the Catholic Church(846-848) was an exception to the traditional teaching on exclusive salvation in the Church, held by the SBC.

For me there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church(Ad Gentes 7 etc) and LG 8, LG 16, GS 22 etc are not exceptions. They do not refer to visible and known people in the present times.

So the Catechism of the Catholic Church(n.846-848) and Vatican Council II(LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc) are only hypothetical and theoretical. In 2019 there cannot be exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was known to the Magisterium  and missionaries in the 16th century.
This is a rational interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Catechism. So I would not be legally a Catholic for the CDF and the political Left.
Only they can be Catholic, according to the CDF announcement on the website of the Diocese of Manchester, who assume irrationally, that invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) and visible exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.They also have to assume that unknown cases  of LG 8, LG 16, GS 22 etc in 2019 are personally known exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was interpreted over the centuries. So the doctrinal position of the SBC on their website, which interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church rationally, would be meaningless for the CDF who have political priorities to meet.

The St.Benedict Center has been informed by the Diocese of Manchester that they are no more Catholic. The SBC members teach that there are only Catholics in Heaven. This is theologically based upon their rational interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Dominus Iesus and the dogma EENS.They do not mix up hypothetical possibilities as being real people in the present times. This would be irrational and would create the hermeneutic of rupture with the past.
I do the same as them.
However the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester base their theological position on the confusion between what is implicit and explicit, invisible and visible, unknown and known, hypothetical and practical. Then with this irrationality they interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church as a rupture with Tradition. This ploy is commonly called the New Theology.
So LG 8, LG 16 etc refer to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Church but when they are asked to name any particular case they are unable to do so,for obvious reasons. There are no such cases.
So now a Catholic who does not use this false reasoning cannot be legally called a Catholic. Also when Pope Francis canonizes Martin Luther or any other non Catholic, and if a Catholic objects, he will be placed in the new non-Catholic category.
So like the SBC and the popes and saints of the past, I cannot call myself a Catholic according to the two Secretaries of the CDF( I have not been informed formally).
It means for the present CDF, St.Thomas Aquinas was not a Catholic and neither was St. Robert Bellarmine and St. Francis Xavier.Since invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I were obviously invisible for them. They could not be anything else.So they proclaimed the strict interpretation of EENS like the SBC.
Now since hypothetical cases are not hypothetical but objective examples of salvation outside the Church for the leftist CDF, the Catechisms contradict themselves. The Nicene and Apostles Creed is changed( see the tags on the right hand side bar ).The Athanasius Creed is rejected. It says outside the Church there is no salvation.Vatican Council II is a rupture with EENS when without the irrationality it is in harmony. There is no more an ecumenism of return since the past exclusivist ecclesiology is eliminated with 'known salvation outside the Church'.In general there are new doctrines on faith and salvation.
For me without the false premise  and inference, Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS, there is no change in the Creeds and  there is only an ecumenism of return based upon the old exclusivist ecclesiology. EENS is as it was interpreted over the centuries.
So all non Catholics are oriented to Hell according to the Conciliar Church, the Catholic Church for me.This is magisterial according to the text of Vatican Council II, the Catechisms and the Creeds. The teaching is guided by the Holy Spirit. The interpretation is rational, traditional and non heretical.
The CDF philosophical( invisible people are visible) and theological position( outside the Church there is known salvation) is irrational, heretical and non traditional. It is not magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make a mistake. The Holy Spirit cannot mistake invisible people as being physically visible. This violates the Principle of Non Contradiction. It is human error made by the ecclesiastics at the CDF and the Vatican.

CONDITIONS FOR THE SSPX
So the Diocese of Manchester website makes it clear that for canonical recognition the Society of St.Pius X has to interpret Magisterial documents irrationally so that they contradict themselves and Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc).
Also the St.Benedict Center in the Diocese of Worcester,USA would have to interpret BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8, LG 16 , UR 3 etc in Vatican Council II with a false premise( invisible non Catholics are visible) and false inference (they are objective examples of salvation outside the Church). So there are non Catholics in Heaven would be the false, non traditional and heretical conclusion.
The CDF Notification on Fr. Jaques Dupuis sj,during the pontificate of Pope John Paul II stated:-

7. According to Catholic doctrine, the followers of other religions are oriented to the Church and are all called to become part of her.-CDF,Notification,Dupuis 2001.
This is now not Catholic.
So Cardinal Ratzinger was not a Catholic and neither was Pope John Paul II in 2001,for the present CDF.
It is really the CDF today- which is not Catholic.-Lionel Andrades
