Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF are in public heresy and need to recant.

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, an ultra-traditionalist, schismatic, antisemitic group based in Richmond, NH, has been placed under sanctions by Bishop Peter Libasci after rejecting repeated chances to come back into compliance with Church teaching.

Damien Fisher (who is my husband) reported in the Union Leader that the Slaves can no longer offer the sacraments at their compound and cannot describe themselves as Catholic. These sanctions “could be ratcheted up if the group does not comply with orders by church leaders, especially orders to stop preaching the doctrine that only Catholics go to heaven.”-Simcha J Fischer

Lionel:
This is false.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church supports Brother Andre Marie MICM and contradicts CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia and Bishop Peter Libasi, Bishop of Manchester,USA.1

Vatican Council II does not contradict the 'rigorist interpretation' of EENS. So why does the CDF and Bishop Libasci ask Brother Andre Marie to reject the strict interpretation of EENS?. 2

Why should Brother Andre Marie interpret CCC 846 according to the liberals and heretics and not me ? He is affirming CCC 846 and EENS, CCC 846 and CCC 847-848.He does not have to choose as the CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia, want him to do.3
The CDF wants Catholic religious communities and lay movements to accept heresy and sacrilege otherwise canonical prohibitions will be placed upon them. 4

There are only Catholics in Heaven according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) and they are there with faith and baptism. 5

Bishop Peter Libasci assumes invisible people are visible. Then he claims that legally this is being 'Catholic'.6

Vatican Council II's Decree on Ecumenism ( Unitatis Redintigratio) supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.7

The Catechism of the Catholic Church affirms the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The CDF makes a mistake.8Yet the theological teaching of the St.Benedict Center is unacceptable to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith ?.9

Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St.Benedict Center, N.H, in the Diocese of Manchester has clarified that he affirms Vatican Council II(AG 7) in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He affirms the Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846 etc) and Dominus Iesus. They are in harmony with EENS as it was known to the Magisterium in the 16th century. He also supports Dominus Iesus (20) which says salvation is open to all in general and to receive this salvation all need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation. This is also echoed in the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Notification on Fr. Jaques Dupuis s.j (n.7).10

So philosophically and theologically Brother Andre Marie and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are affirming Vatican Council II and other Magisterial documents as it expected of Catholic religious.

They deny that they are Anti Semitic and so were initially accepted by the Diocese of Madison.
They are critical of the extreme Left Southern Poverty Law Center which considers Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church Anti-Semitic when they are interpreted in harmony with the traditional interpretation of EENS.
It is Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF who must interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and EENS, rationally. They are presently denying that these magisterial documents are in harmony with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church, an ecumenism of return and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King with the non separation of Church and State.
Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF are in public heresy and need to recant.
The St.Benedict Center are not schismatics. They accept Pope Francis.
They are not 'ultra traditionalists'.They do not reject Vatican Council II.Since Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church indicate that there are only Catholics in Heaven and outside the Church there is no salvation.
