Comments FR. FEENEY’S STRANGE DOCTRINE
Please do not lie about what I say. Not cool.
News flash--the quote above from the diocese Worcester used to *defend* Feeney can ALSO be used to defend my "theological opinion."
Lionel: No. Since both groups assume unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are known examples of salvation outside the Church.

The present article IS reliable.
Lionel: No it is not. It based upon a false premise and inference to create a new theology.

Just because it differs from the Feeney-inspired theological opinion does NOT mean the view I express is any less acceptable. The faithful *can* believe what is taught by Vatican II AND the Church's Catechism and--surprise!--still be in full communion with the Church.
Lionel : They can interpret Vatican II and the Catechism with the false premise and inference and they will be in full communion with the CDF which makes the same objective mistake.
