If Brother Andre Marie interprets Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism the CDF may decide with their Leftist political position today, that he is legally not a Catholic.

It is ambiguous since the he does not clarify that he is interpreting Vatican Council II and the the dogma EENS with Feeneyism and not Cushingism.

 

So he would allow the Secretaries at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith to assume that he interprets EENS and the Councils with Cushingism. This would mean that the baptism of desire(BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) would refer to personally known people saved outside the Church and so are exceptions to EENS.So then he would be tacitly approving heresy, irrationality and error.

However in his correspondence with the Secretary of the CDF Brother Andre Marie MICM, has stated 2 that there are no personally known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance. So there he was using Feeneyism(hypothetical cases are just hypothetical and not personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church) and not Cushingism( theoretical cases of BOD, I.I, BOB etc are objective exceptions to EENS in the present times).

However if he interprets Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism the CDF may decide with their Leftist political position today, that he is legally not a Catholic.
